Our Philosophy
The purpose of the Center for New World Leadership is to offer families a common language, common learning techniques and common learning pace enabling each child, and family, to develop in their own style; to know and celebrate their unique gifts; and to experience community from the perspective of service and contribution.
The Center for New World Leadership will provide:
- A Non-Profit Children’s Academy that will be a Montessori accredited program and expand with a broad spiritual development curriculum
- A parenting program fostering the development of families and youth role models and
- A leadership ministry focused on developing facilitators (teachers) and mentors for the Children’s Academy and the community service projects associated with the school’s foundational principals.
The New World Leadership (NWL) philosophy is to inspire an inclusive community by creating a sacred learning environment that nurtures the curiosity, spirit and purpose of our students.
NWL intends to facilitate families who are returning back to family values by bringing together participatory approaches and collaborative programs that foster the development of the relationships children will look to as their influential role models.
These relationships include their interaction with their parents, siblings and guardians; the relationships with their teachers and the communities in which they live as well as their understanding of themselves and the world around them.
It is the design of this relationship triad that will be the foundation of the Children’s Academy for New World Leadership governing principals. We have coined this relationship triad and its developmental curriculum “The Trinity” and relate it to our community perspective. It embodies the relationships that exist between:
