Hi – Welcome to our site. I am Kraig and I am a father and the Founder of the organization New World Leadership Children’s Academy. I am also a personal and business development coach and consultant and most recently, planning the publishing of his first children’s book, Where Creation Begins. I began a career in learning and organizational development in the early 1990’s as an instructional designer, creating both personal and leadership development programs for a privately held global company.

During this time, I began my training in Adlerian psychology and techniques. This training inspired a keen fascination with discovering how our behaviors impact our ability to accomplish our dreams and get what we want out of life.

Namaste my name is Ms. Deb'bora. I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York and currently living in Encinitas, California.

During the early part of my career I obtained a BFA in Performing Arts and worked as an actress, singer, director and writer. Although I enjoyed the creativity of this period the lifestyle did not fulfill my soul. My journey took me to the United Kingdom for 29 years during which time I completed my Montessori training in London at St Nicholas which was founded by Margaret Humphries and Phoebe Child who both studied directly with Maria Montessori. During this period I also qualified and worked as a Drama Therapist offering Drama / Emotional Literacy workshops to young people.

I recognized long ago my love for children. Some used to call me the pied piper because wherever I went children were attracted to me. During college I knew I wanted to write children’s books, and decided to earn my B.A. degree in general English. I’ve taken a roundabout way through various jobs leading up to being a part of New World Leadership. My work career began in the insurance industry and quickly moved into a variety of positions within Human Resources. It was during this time that I decided to formally move into the field of education and returned to school to earn my M.Ed. in Secondary Education.
