Kraig A. Kidd, Founder

Hi – I am Kraig and I am a father and the Founder of the organization New World Leadership Children’s Academy. I am also a personal and business development coach and consultant and most recently, planning the publishing of his first children’s book, Where Creation Begins. I began a career in learning and development in the early 1990’s as an instructional designer, creating leadership development and operational programs for a privately held global organization. Soon I became the head of Learning & Organizational Development. During this time, I began my training in Adlerian psychology and techniques. This training inspired a keen fascination with discovering how our behaviors impact our ability to accomplish our dreams and get what we want out of life.
In 2005, I knew my life direction was changing when I became a father at age 43. The birth of my daughter, Ally, brought about new family dynamics and I immediately embraced my role in supporting her development. But I quickly discovered, like many new parents, the roles were not yet complete in being defined. I quickly learned that my daughter had been positioned as 'my' teacher to support my evolution; and that these teaching relationships would also extend to our family and community around us. As my fascination with my daughter's cognitive and spiritual development grew, I knew there was an opportunity for a new philosophy to be created. This new philosophy aligns the development of our children with the development of our families, and our communities as a whole creating in essence, a 'New World'. I immediately began incorporating these concepts into leadership development programs and my coaching and consulting practices of Kraig Kidd, LLC with leaders and business owners around the world.
In considering how the focus and application of this philosophy would translate to the cognitive and spiritual development of our children and the current educational system, the non-profit school New World Leadership Children’s Academy was created.
My traditional education is a BFA in Performing Arts and a MFA in Dance Education. I currently sit on the core team of the International Network of Children and Families (INCAF) and am a Certified Parent Educator/Trainer. I am a facilitator of the participatory techniques of the Institute of Cultural Affairs, a trained coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is currently working toward his professional coaching certification. I also have my Bachelor’s of Divinity and currently on the journey of my Master’s of Divinity.
I hope you enjoy your journey through our site.

Ms. Deb'bora
My name is Ms. Deb'bora. I am an African American born and raised in the Bronx, New York and currently living in Encinitas. During the early part of my career I worked as an actress, singer, director and writer. Although I enjoyed the creativity of this period the lifestyle did not fulfill my soul. My journey took me to the United Kingdom for 29 years during which time I completed my Montessori training and also qualified as a Drama Therapist and Gestalt Psychotherapist.
Over the past 20 years I have specialized in working with families, children and young people from all backgrounds and recognize the importance of working with the ‘whole child’. Prior to leaving the UK I successfully introduced and piloted ‘The Place2Be’ in Scotland, an organization set up to support children’s emotional wellbeing in schools, and a new initiative – ‘A Place for Parents’ which offered therapeutic support to parents of children who attend ‘The Place2Be
For the past thirty- seven years I have had a daily meditation / spiritual practice which lie at the core of my way-of-being and informs the way I interact with myself and others. I am passionate about using all my skills, knowledge and experience in working holistically with children and their guardians to help release their full potential. I found these same values fully expressed in New World Leadership Children’s Academy and consider it a privilege and an honor to be contributing to this pioneering work whose vision resonates so much with my own.
Peace, Deb’bora

Beth Riedler
I realized as a teenager that I have a soft spot in my heart for children. I loved being with my pre-school and primary school aged cousins and second cousins. Some people used to call me the pied piper because wherever I went children were attracted to me (and I enjoyed being with them). As I entered college I knew that “someday” I wanted to write children’s books, and I decided to earn my B.A. degree in general English. I’ve taken a roundabout way through various jobs leading up to being a part of New World Leadership. My work career began in the insurance industry and quickly moved into a variety of positions within Human Resources. It was during this time that I decided to formally move into the field of education. I returned to school and earned my M.Ed. in Secondary Education.
From there I began facilitating and designing personal growth seminars in the United States and Russia for Global Relationship Centers, Inc. While with GRC, Inc. I began an introspective journey considering who I was as a spiritual being, as well as, a human being. It was during this time that I wrote and published It’s Time to Let You Know, Rainbow in the Night and Redirecting: Are You Learning or Protecting (co-authored with Bill Riedler). On this journey I discovered I am much more than my physical self, and that there are many tools and resources available to me in this physical world, but also from the non-physical world. As I practiced the Law of Attraction and declared to the Universe a list of ways I wanted to contribute in the world opportunities began opening up to me. Most of the opportunities seemed to point in the direction of working with children (which was a part of my list).
I began teaching in a Montessori classroom environment in January 2009, which led to the opportunity to be part of New World Leadership Children’s Academy. Since that time I’ve expanded my personal mission from being dedicated to increasing understanding between people and enhancing the satisfaction available in their lives to my personal mission of bringing light and peace to this planet by creating and accepting opportunities to help others remember the Truth of who they are. New World Leadership’s mission, values and four cornerstones of curriculum are in alignment with my mission, my beliefs and who I am as both a human and spiritual being. In addition to my contribution at NWL I delved into my writing of books and articles (as of this writing I am looking for a publisher for my newest book, What a Trip! Curt Cat’s Adventure). I also have embarked on becoming adept at various metaphysical healing modalities such as Reiki and utilizing healing light to augment how I express myself and offer my love in the world.
